We're getting married!
Join us as we celebrate our love within the ancient heritage of the Occitanie region of France.
Amidst the idyllic landscapes of the South of France, nestled just outside the vibrant cities of Nimes and Montpellier, lies the exquisite Domaine la Baraque de Sérignac—the picturesque setting for our joyous union.
From the far reaches of South Africa, Canada, Norway, Scotland, and France, and more, our loved ones will travel to be with us on this special day. Your presence, whether near or far, means the world to us, and we are immensely grateful for your unwavering support and love.
From August 22nd to 24th, 2025, this enchanting estate will serve as the backdrop for a weekend filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories. Surrounded by rolling vineyards and lush countryside, we will gather with our beloved family and friends to celebrate the beginning of our journey together.

Dress Code for the weekend
-
Saturday Ceremony: Semi-formal or cocktail attire is recommended. Consider light and breathable fabrics to stay comfortable in the daytime heat, such as elegant summer dresses or smart suits.
-
Saturday Dinner & Evening: Feel free to add a light jacket or wrap, over your semi-formal attire, for the cooler evening temperatures.
-
Sunday Brunch: Comfortable, relaxed outfits that are suitable for a casual gathering. Lightweight clothing is encouraged, given the warm summer weather.
- Other options: casual wear for the afternoon activities, swimming costume, hand-held parasol and or sun hat, mosquito repellant and sunscreen (not strictly ‘attire’ but important to wear!)
-
Recommended Colours: Soft pastel shades.
For footwear, we suggest comfortable summer shoes, such as elegant sandals, to navigate the gravel and grassy areas at The Baraque de Serignac with ease. Additionally, please bring suitable shoes for the walk to the temple. We’ll do our best to arrange car lifts to the temple for those who need them.
We encourage you to refer to this website often for all the information you need to fully enjoy your time at our wedding. Whether you’re traveling from afar or just around the corner, we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Together, let us create unforgettable memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you for being a part of our love story!
With love,
Tessa & Erik
